What you will be responsible for
You will be placed within the Sales team and will be responsible for:
Identifying Market Opportunities: Researching and analyzing market trends, Client needs and emerging opportunities for the agency's creative services. Reporting and Analysis on Target Markets and Competitor Assessment: Monitoring competitor activities, pricing strategies and offerings to maintain the agency's competitiveness. Business Relationship Development: Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as acquiring new Clients through building long-term trusting relationships. Business Proposal Preparation and Presentation: Work with the team to prepare and present customized business proposals that meet the need and requirements of Prospects and Clients. Proposals will be prepared using company tools and templates. Contract Negotiation: Manage contract negotiations with Clients to secure terms beneficial to both the company and the client. Strategic Planning and Increasing Relationship Volumes and Business Opportunities: Contribution to the agency's strategic planning, including defining growth objectives and business strategies, to be agreed and shared with the Business Development Manager and the company. Seeking Partnerships and Collaborations and participation in industry events: Exploration of partnership opportunities with other companies and collaborations to expand the portfolio of services offered, including participation in industry events.
Requirements Required Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications/Marketing or similar; Reliability and accuracy; Sunniness.
Experience of at least 1 year in structured companies; Aptitude for teamwork; Stress management; Planning and organization.
