What you will do

The selected figure will be inserted in the administrative office and will deal with:

  • Accounting aspects related to purchase and sales flows, management of suppliers and customers due dates, payments and collections;
  • Possible payment reminders;
  • Support in planning activities;
  • Support in the verification, control and filing of administrative, legal and fiscal documents;
  • Discussion with supervisory bodies, legal and tax consultants.
  • The resource, working alongside the company tutor, will be trained regarding organizational, accounting and management activities.

Requirements required

  • Good fiscal knowledge;
  • Reliability and accuracy.

Preferential requirements

  • Experience of at least 1 year in structured companies;
  • Knowledge of Cloud Invoices or billing management software;
  • Predisposition to teamwork;
  • Stress Management;
  • Planning and organization.
