On September 21st, the journey of Innovationship reached its final stop in Cagliari, after having set sail from Genoa and touched Barcelona. The Mediterranean, with its history of connection and exchange, became the perfect stage for a traveling event that brought together creators, innovators, entrepreneurs, and brands in a unique international format.
Leadership on Stage
In Cagliari, the spotlight was on Alessandro La Rosa, Founder of Vidoser, who outlined the mission of building Europe’s leading platform for the Creator Economy. Alongside him, a special guest: Leonardo Pavoletti, captain of Cagliari Calcio and partner of CreationDose, who highlighted how sport, business, and digital innovation can meet on common ground.
Their session, titled “NextGen of entrepreneurs: it’s all about content, creators, community,” stressed how the new generation of entrepreneurs is called to work hand in hand with creators, transforming content into a driver of business, culture, and community.

A Growing Ecosystem
The Cagliari stop also welcomed new creators on board, enriching the journey with energy and diverse perspectives. More than a stage for talks, Innovationship proved to be a dynamic ecosystem where authentic connections are made, collaborations are born and new opportunities are created.
The Closing of a Journey, the Opening of a Future
From Genoa’s opening night with over 250 guests, to the international momentum of Barcelona with Creators like Jonata Ciabattini, and finally to Cagliari’s grand finale with Leonardo Pavoletti, Innovationship has drawn a new map for the Creator Economy in Europe.
As the ship docks for the last time, one thing is clear: the Mediterranean has not only hosted this journey, it has symbolized it, a sea that connects, a horizon that expands, a future that is already being built by content, creators, and community.
